Built to honor Saint Michael the Archangel the church looks over the near by town of Rafelcofer in the Valencia regeon
Using an orange filter on the lens with black and white film helped create a more intense contrast between the dark sky and mid morning sun hitting the church facade. I pushed the film 2 stops to 1600 ISO in camera for even more contrast and delicious film grain
